AnaMid, new association for the digital ecosystem, announces projects for the coming months
Starting in September 2022, Brazil’s digital market has a new organization to represent its interests: the National Association of the Digital Market and Industry (AnaMid).
São Paulo, September 19, 2022. Starting this September, Brazil’s digital market has a new organization to represent its interests: the National Association of the Digital Market and Industry (AnaMid).
Born from an initiative by 29 company directors from various regions of the country, all focused on the digital market, AnaMid was officially launched on September 15 at an in-person event in São Paulo. It is already welcoming agencies, companies, professionals, and students as members.
“Our focus is to work for and on behalf of our members. The commitment of this first administration is to ensure that every participant, regardless of size or market sector, has a voice and is respected. We will transform the digital ecosystem through a consistent project to build digital awareness among professionals, clients, and digital companies,” said Rodrigo Neves, CEO of VitaminaWeb and the institution’s first president, during the launch event.
ACTIVITIES AND BENEFITS
With collaboration, knowledge, diversity, and innovation as its pillars, the program for the coming months includes networking, practical support for members’ businesses, partnerships with major market players, and the start of engagement with government bodies.
Among the first activities are the launch of the Sustainability Guide (November) and the Digital por Elas project, which promotes gender equity, as well as the launch of thematic groups focused on Diversity, Human Resources, Content Marketing, SEO, and Pricing.
The Digital pelo Mundo project will also begin in October, with the goal of fostering international exchanges with regions such as Silicon Valley in the United States.
FIRST EVENTS
Launch events are already scheduled in Minas Gerais (September 22), Rio Grande do Sul (October), Rio de Janeiro (November), and Amazonas (November).
Monthly meetups are also planned across all regions of the state of São Paulo where the organization already has a president and ambassadors.
WHAT SETS ANAMID APART
One of AnaMid’s distinguishing features is that both companies and professionals can join. To address the needs of these two groups, separate divisions will advocate for their respective interests.
Another new initiative is a special focus on students and closer ties with academia. This will help meet the growing demand from agencies and companies seeking qualified professionals in a wide range of industry fields, including communications, marketing, advertising, development, and design.
“By bringing together different players in the digital and innovation industries, we intend to truly be a hub, based on the inclusion of people and brands from a variety of sectors and of all sizes,” Neves explains.

By joining AnaMid, members automatically receive benefits such as discounts on a range of training programs, consulting services, and tools offered by partner institutions. Monthly dues are based on company size:
• Individual Subscriber Member: annual fee of R$ 99.00
• MEI: R$ 49.99/month
