Communications and marketing
When you sign up for the newsletter or allow communications in the resources form, you may receive content, news, events and offers from VitaminaWeb and from ecosystem companies related to the stated purpose.
Every marketing message must include a simple way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop by writing to privacidade@vitaminaweb.digital. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share data with
Data may be shared only when necessary with:
- companies within the VitaminaWeb ecosystem and business partners relevant to the request or opportunity;

Recipients must process data in line with its purpose, the applicable contracts and appropriate protection measures. When a lead is referred to an ecosystem company or partner, that organization may act as an independent controller and be responsible for its own processing.
International transfers
Some providers run infrastructure outside Brazil. In these cases, we seek to adopt mechanisms recognized by the LGPD and by the regulations of the ANPD (Brazilian National Data Protection Authority), along with contractual measures and safeguards suited to the nature of the data and the risks involved.
Retention and security
Data will be kept for as long as needed for the relationship, for the purposes described or to meet obligations, defend rights and prevent fraud. Marketing contacts and consents may be kept while there is a relationship or legitimate interest, until you unsubscribe, object or ask for deletion, subject to legal deadlines and permitted retention cases.
We periodically review whether data is still needed and, once the purpose has been fulfilled, data must be deleted, anonymized or kept only in the cases permitted by the LGPD.
We adopt proportionate technical and administrative controls, including access restriction, authentication, credential protection, logging, updates and monitoring. No environment is completely immune; relevant incidents will be assessed and reported as required by law.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing and access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability, where applicable; information about sharing; review of automated decisions; objection; withdrawal of consent; and information about the consequences of not consenting.
Send your request to privacidade@vitaminaweb.digital. To protect the data subject, we may ask for reasonable proof of identity. You may also file a complaint with the ANPD (Brazilian National Data Protection Authority).
