DevOps and CI/CD
We build CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, builds, and deployments, zero-downtime releases, automatic rollbacks, and infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible, using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and other tools. For development teams that want to release frequently and safely, without relying on manual deployments.

How it works
- Assessment
We assess how code currently reaches production and identify the risks.
- Pipeline
We implement CI/CD with automated tests for every merge.
- Infrastructure as code
We describe the infrastructure in version-controlled, reproducible code.
- Training
We prepare the team to operate the pipeline and continue monitoring it.
When it makes sense
Releasing a new version is a stressful event that requires someone on call.
Deployment is manual and depends on one person who knows how to do it.
We've taken the site down in production because of an update.
No one knows exactly how the server was configured.
Frequently asked questions
Do you use GitHub Actions or GitLab CI?
Both, depending on where the code is hosted. We also work with Jenkins and CircleCI when needed.
What if the automated deployment fails?
The pipeline runs automated tests before deployment, and if any test fails, the release does not go ahead. If the tests pass but the deployment fails in production, an automatic rollback restores the previous version.
Does my team need to learn DevOps?
We train the team in essential concepts and pipeline operations. The goal is progressive autonomy: the team handles day-to-day tasks, and we support further improvements.
What is infrastructure as code?
It means defining servers, networks, and services in version-controlled files using tools like Terraform and Ansible. The infrastructure becomes reproducible, documented, and auditable, with no manual configuration in the control panel.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the current state of the pipeline, the number of applications, and the infrastructure involved. The timeline and investment are defined in the proposal after the assessment.
