 Do I need to stop operations for the assessment?

No. We conduct short interviews with key people and observe processes without disrupting day-to-day work.

 What do I receive at the end?

A roadmap prioritized by impact and effort, with an estimated return for each automation and the recommended approach for each process, delivered in an executive report and a technical report.

 Does every process need artificial intelligence?

No. We classify each process into one of three levels: simple rules, such as n8n workflows; machine learning for classification and prediction; or AI agents with LLMs. The right tool depends on the problem.

 How long does the assessment take, and how much does it cost?

It depends on how many processes and areas will be mapped. The timeline and investment are set in the proposal, after an initial conversation about the scope.
